Our key theme is “From Awareness to Action: Building Safer Communities to End GBVF.”

This free community outreach event is open to adults and children and aims to raise awareness of Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF), promote personal safety, and empower individuals and families to help create safer communities. Activities include GBVF awareness, practical safety information, a live basic self-defence demonstration, and guidance on knowing your rights and protecting yourself, your home, and your community.

Come learn, engage, and stand together as we turn awareness into action. Walk-ins are welcome. Please bring your own refreshments.
